Young Offender

A 13-year-old boy was sentenced to eight strokes of the cane by Mr Thomas Tam at the Juvenile Court at Central yesterday for indecent assault on a five-year-old girl. Defendant was ordered to be kept under supervision by Probation Officers for one year.
