Ad for a 1997 animated US TV series, which I haven't seen.

Peggy Hill is a teacher, and the story is set in small-town Texas, so her use of CP is entirely plausible, though I think it would be more likely to be a formal paddling than the over-the-knee hand-spanking shown here. No doubt I am taking this too seriously -- it is supposed to be a surrealistic comedy. Nevertheless, a rare instance of the present-day existence of US school CP being referred to in popular culture.
