Guidelines for assessing pupils' conduct in report book

1.  Major offences refer to the list in the pupil's handbook as shown below.

2.  All other disciplinary offences are to be considered as minor unless otherwise reviewed.

3. Academic offences such as not bringing books, not handing in of assignments on time and not doing homework are not to be included in the minor offences.

4. Pupils' conduct will be assessed on a semestral basis.

5. A conduct management meeting for all form teachers will be held to determine the conduct grade of their form pupils. During this meeting, data will be collected and adjustment will be made if necessary.

6. Conduct grade will be based on the Semestral Conduct Table.
